Custom guitar or Bass giveaway

So, we are offering a custom guitar to one young person that is looking to build their career in music.

We’ve built guitars which are all over the world now and have been on stage with numerous artists. Custom guitars from the shop start at £1500+ so this is a great opportunity for a young person to get a professional musical instrument.

At Rigby Music we do a lot to support young people and those that might not have the means to learn an instrument. This year we are taking this further and we will design and build a custom guitar or bass with someone from Greater Manchester. We will design this with you and build it completely free.

This person must be:

1- 16-21 years old

2- be passionate about their career in music

3- not have the means to fund a custom guitar build, either by themselves or through their parents/carers.

The person this will go to will be decided on in two steps. Read this carefully, there are two forms on this page,

1- nominations, we’d like to see you get 3 nominations. These nominations must be in by 31st January.

  • The 10 people nominating must fill out the form below this says ‘this should be completed to nominate someone’

  • the nominee must fill out the one where we ask about ‘you’ and have three questions to answer.

Please think about who you are getting to nominate you, I’d like to see a range of people, not just friends and family

2- those selected will be invited to perform at a venue in late February/early March, where we will make our decision. You’ll get more information about this closer to the time.
